3. Dynamic Ad Creation Module (DACM) - IFX's Dynamic Ad Creation Module (DACM) provides franchisors with the ability to protect their brand image while at the same time streamlining how franchisees customize, print and distribute marketing materials. IFX's DACM provided franchisees with 24/7 access to pre-formatted, camera-ready marketing materials and advertisements such as business cards, letterhead, envelopes, brochures, flyers, POS pieces, menus, postcards, coupons, door hangers, etc. that they can customize online and print with a click of a mouse.
4. Sales/Royalty Reporting Module (SRM) - IFX's Sales Reporting (SRM) application provides an interface for franchisees to enter and/or review sales data for a specific reporting period. Franchisees may also generate a series of preprogrammed reports designed to provide immediate analysis of their data versus their own historical data, other similar units and/or benchmarks established by the franchisor.
IFX can design a form-based interface that integrates with IFX's Intranet/Extranet Support System which franchisees can access to enter their sales data (or other data) in a secure manner online and then submit that data directly into a Master Reporting Database designed specifically for the client. Once the franchisee has entered their data, they can select from a series of preprogrammed reports designed to assist them in analyzing their current data versus their historical data, or their data versus an average derived from all franchisee data, or their data versus a benchmark or "goal" established by the franchisor. Each of these reports can be produced in graphic format (color line chart, pie chart or bar chart) for easy viewing at the franchisee level. If the client already has a system in place to collect data from franchisees (i.e. a POS system, QuickBooks, etc.), IFX can integrate it's SRM with the client's system to automatically (or manually) export field data from the client's system to IFX's Master Reporting Database. In this case, franchisees would not be required to manually enter their own sales data in order to run a series of reports on "what" their data means in the form of various chart comparisons.
One of the keys to the IFX's SRM for Sales and Royalty Reporting is that all of the sales and reporting data pertaining to each franchised location can be stored in the Master Reporting Database and made available in its entirety to the franchisor's SRM Administrator. Whereas specific franchisees can only enter data for their specific location(s) and view reports corresponding to those locations, the SRM Administrator can conduct a series of preprogrammed reports at a much higher access level, effectively comparing trends and conducting analysis for one franchise, an entire selection of franchises, or all franchises by category, as a whole, or by date range. Further, data from the Master Reporting Database can be imported into the client's local database, spreadsheet or accounting system in whole or in part at any point in time.
5. Online Training Module (OTM) - IFX's Online Training Module provides a web-based interface for developing and conducting courses and scoring associated tests online based on user access levels. The administrative interface provides non-technical administrative personnel with the ability to build their own courses and tests online using a variety of formats (HTML, PDF, PPT, DOC, etc.). Administrators can then "assign" courses and associated tests to individuals and/or groups based on levels achieved within the system. Courses and tests can be programmed to automatically flag certain test results, as well as record which users have accessed specific courses and completed certain tests. Course advancement can be programmed to allow users to move on to secondary courses and tests based on achieving pre-set test result benchmarks as outlined by the administrator. Courses and tests can be archived for future access and/or reactivation.
6. Ecommerce Module - IFX's ecommerce module provides a web-based interface for displaying detailed information about products available from the franchisor or any number of designated suppliers inclusive of ordering interface. Products can be depicted in text and image format and uploaded by designated users only. Product orders can be incorporated into an ecommerce ordering database, as well as dispersed through email directly to the franchisor and/or to the franchisor's designated suppliers.
