Referral Rewards Program (RRP)

Referral Rewards Program (RRP) - using IFX's Referral Rewards Program, franchisees who validate your franchise program to prospective franchisees can earn rewards points redeemable for a variety of prizes, products and services whether the prospective franchisee they spoke with is granted a franchise or not.

IFX's RRP can be fully integrated with IFX's Intranet/Extranet System or operated as a stand alone secure application. The franchisor can control franchisee access, rewards and redemption levels. They can also oversee the issuance of rewards points and product redemption. Most importantly, the franchisor's franchise development division can access reports identifying which franchisees have spoken to specific prospects and the nature of their conversations (which are required to be entered into the RRP by franchisees in order to qualify for rewards points).

IFX's RRP recognizes and rewards franchisees who speak to prospective franchisees who often seek them out after reading their name and contact information in the franchisor's Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) whether the prospect is formally granted a franchise or not. The validation process is likely happening anyway. It's just that most franchisors do not recognize and/or reward franchisees for speaking to prospective franchisees who contact them on a regular basis. With IFX's RRP, you can reward your franchisees who take the time to talk to prospects you direct their way AND you can immediately view "who" talked to "who" and "what" they talked about immediately prior to a secondary prospect followup.
