Contact Management/Scheduling System (CMS) - fully secure lead management system designed to accommodate franchisor generation and management of prospective franchisee leads and existing franchisee data, inclusive of assigning leads, data and tasks to specific users designated by the franchisor. The CMS will contain a series of custom reports available at the designated user level, with expanded reporting available at the franchisor level. Leads can be automatically imported or manually entered into the CMS, as well as segmented by the user associated with each lead. CMS features include, but are not limited to:
